Ensuring sustainability, flavour and freshness by sourcing in the growing season, and locally wherever possible, Boylan Fruits operates out of a BRC AA+ certified facility in County Kildare.

Freeman Catering Butchers

Moi Moi Sauce Ltd
A Great Taste Star recipient featured in Vogue, Moi Moi Sauce was invented by Michelin-trained chef Arron Maddix with the aim of creating a versatile hot sauce that could accompany any dish. And since 2018 the condiment brand has been doing just that, thanks to its harmonic blend of Scotch Bonnet and gochujang, African and Caribbean flavours.

V. Semple & Sons Limited (Semples)
