Ingredients
- Baker & Baker Cocoa Cookie Dough (600g)
- Granulated Sugar
- Icing Sugar
- For an alternative try replacing Cocoa Cookie dough with the following: Baker & Baker Reduced Fat Cocoa Cookie Dough
Method
1.
Scoop Cookie Dough from pail and scale into 50g pucks.
2.
Roll into granulated sugar.
3.
Roll in icing sugar.
4.
Bake at 165°C for approx. 10-12 minutes, turning around halfway through to get an even bake.
